MEXC referral code: sign-up guide and trading fee cashback

Check the MEXC referral code before signing up, understand the 30-day option for an unlinked account, and see how commission sharing, zero-fee trades and UID approval affect cashback.

Trade Cashback ResearchUpdated: 11 min read

Affiliate disclosure: the MEXC registration buttons belong to Trade Cashback. We may receive commission from eligible referrals. Opening an account, seeing a referral code or submitting a UID does not by itself create a cashback balance.

Start here: which MEXC account situation applies to you?

  • No MEXC account: check your country and product eligibility, then compare the code on the official form with the live offer above before signing up.
  • Existing main account without a referrer: check your registration date and MEXC's 30-day linking requirements before submitting a UID to Trade Cashback.
  • Already linked or outside the linking window: a new referral link does not move your account. Ask support about your actual account before making changes.
  • Linked but no cashback: check UID approval, the fees actually charged, and exclusions such as zero-fee, bonus-offset and API trades. Trading volume alone is not the cashback base.

Check the code on the MEXC registration form

Use the sign-up button above and check that the destination is www.mexc.com. The page opened by our verified link shows a Referral Code (Optional) field with the code already filled in. Compare it with the code in the offer box before you complete registration. If our offer is unavailable for your location, contact support through the MEXC cashback page before registering.

On 25 October 2026, we rechecked that this link opens the MEXC form with the expected code. The same form displayed Commission sharing: Spot 20.00% / Futures 20.00%. That is MEXC's own label on the registration page. It is separate from Trade Cashback's published service offer; the two percentages must not be added together or treated as a guaranteed combined return.

Before signing up: residence, identity and product access

Read the current MEXC User Agreement, labelled last updated 13 October 2026. Its prohibited jurisdictions include the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Russia, Belarus and other listed countries and regions, including specified Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine. The list is non-exhaustive and can change. MEXC also has a separate Netherlands service wind-down notice.

An accessible website or app does not establish eligibility. Use your actual residence details and check the rules for your account and intended product. Trade Cashback can apply additional country restrictions to its own partner service; an English-language page does not mean the offer is available everywhere.

MEXC's identity-verification notice requires KYC for platform services and withdrawals. Complete the checks shown in your MEXC account. A referral code does not remove identity or regional requirements.

How to register on the web or in the app

  1. 1Open the MEXC registration button on this page. Read the User Agreement and Privacy Policy and check your eligibility before proceeding.
  2. 2Enter your own email address or phone number. Check the prefilled referral code against the offer box before completing sign-up. Stop if the code is missing, different or rejected.
  3. 3Follow MEXC's password, security and email or phone verification prompts. Use a unique password and enable the security protections available in your account.
  4. 4Complete the identity checks MEXC requires for the services you intend to use. Check the fee and campaign terms shown for your account before trading.
  5. 5Open your MEXC profile and copy your public UID. Submit it from your Trade Cashback account for relationship review.

MEXC documents registration separately for the web and the app. In the app, expand the referral-code section with its down arrow. If you move from the browser to the app, check the field again; do not assume the browser's invitation carried across. Use MEXC's official app download links.

Already have an account? Check the 30-day linking rule

MEXC's Self-Service Referrer Linking Guide allows an account created without a referral code to add a referrer within 30 days of registration. This route is for main accounts, not subaccounts. The referrer must have registered before you and cannot share your identity information.

Your accountNext step
No account yetCheck the referral field before completing the new-account registration.
Unlinked main account, registered within 30 daysCheck MEXC's self-service referrer-linking eligibility, then request Trade Cashback review.
Already linked to a referrerMEXC says the linked invitation code cannot be changed or removed.
Account older than 30 days, or self-service unavailableAsk MEXC support about your account; this guide does not promise reassignment or eligibility.

The MEXC Affiliate FAQ confirms that a linked code cannot be changed or removed. The 30-day route adds a missing relationship; it does not replace an existing one. If applicable, use MEXC's self-service linking page and verify the referrer before confirming. An accepted MEXC link still needs a separate Trade Cashback UID review.

To check the completed relationship, MEXC's linking guide directs users to My Invites → My Referrer. Check that it is the intended referrer before relying on cashback. Your MEXC UID identifies your account for our review; it is different from the referrer's UID used by MEXC's linking tool. Do not enter your own UID as the referrer.

Commission sharing, cashback and welcome rewards

ItemWhat to check
Referral codeThe invitation relationship attached to your MEXC account.
MEXC commission sharingThe registration form's own percentage and the MEXC rules attached to it.
Trade Cashback service offerOur separate published service rate, your UID approval and the fees the exchange actually reports as eligible.
Welcome rewardsMEXC's tasks, deadlines, reward type and withdrawal conditions; a headline reward is not automatically withdrawable cash.

Our MEXC cashback page shows the current service rate. This guide does not verify a combined effective rate between that offer and the commission-sharing figure on MEXC. Confirm how both apply to your account with support before relying on a refund amount. A code alone is not a fixed fee discount, a cash deposit or a guaranteed welcome reward.

Why zero-fee or API trades may produce no cashback

MEXC's Affiliate FAQ bases commission on fees actually paid, rather than trading volume. Zero-fee transactions and the portion of fees covered by bonuses generate no corresponding commission. It also excludes API trades from affiliate commission. Those trades must not be assumed to create a payable Trade Cashback balance.

For a simple illustration, suppose your report contains 100 USDT of fees, but only 60 USDT is approved as eligible. At a hypothetical service share of 40%, the example cashback is 60 × 0.40 = 24 USDT. Using the full 100 USDT would overstate it as 40 USDT. If the eligible fee amount is zero, the fee-based cashback is zero.

Worked example: volume, paid fees and eligible fees

The following is a hypothetical USDT-denominated report, not today's MEXC tariff. The filled volume already includes both opening and closing executions; do not double it again. Assume a 0.04% fee, then separate ineligible fees before applying a hypothetical 25% service share.

StepCalculationExample result
Filled volumeOpening and closing fills already added100,000 USDT
Trading fee paid100,000 × 0.04 ÷ 10040 USDT
Paid fees excluded from the reportAssumed ineligible portion; not charged twice16 USDT
Approved eligible fees40 − 1624 USDT
Hypothetical service cashback24 × 0.256 USDT
Trading fee remaining after that cashback40 − 634 USDT

The 25% in this example is an assumption, not a verified account rate or an addition to MEXC's displayed 20%. A zero-fee fill contributes no paid fee to this calculation. Exclude it from the cashback base even when it adds trading volume. Our MEXC zero-fee guide explains fee campaigns and exclusions in more detail.

This is arithmetic, not a fee quote or a promise that your account qualifies. Use the fee shown for your account and pair on MEXC's fee page, and treat the cashback calculator as an estimate. Funding, spread, slippage and withdrawal costs are outside this example.

Related fee guide added on 24 October 2026: read MEXC zero fees and cashback for the different public fee descriptions, pair and account checks, campaign quotas and examples of the remaining trading fee. The registration form, linking guide and affiliate FAQ were rechecked on 25 October; the remaining eligibility research retains its 21 October scope.

Submit your MEXC UID to Trade Cashback

  1. 1Copy the UID displayed in your MEXC profile, as described in MEXC's app navigation guide.
  2. 2Create a Trade Cashback account or sign in, then open Link an exchange.
  3. 3Select MEXC, provide your actual country of residence and submit your UID. Existing accounts must also satisfy the applicable MEXC referral rules.
  4. 4Wait for the relationship review and confirmed fee reporting. A pending UID request is not an approved or withdrawable balance.

Trade Cashback needs your public UID, not your exchange password, verification codes, identity documents or API keys. See the setup guide and payout terms for the service steps and minimum payout. Cashback does not remove trading risk and is not a reason to increase your trading volume.

Troubleshooting: code, linking and missing cashback

What you seeWhat to check next
Referral field is empty or differentStop before completing registration. Reopen the live offer and compare the destination and code; ask support if they still differ.
Referrer does not existCheck the exact code or referrer UID with the referrer. MEXC's 30-day window still applies.
Self-service linking is unavailableCheck that it is a main account within the window, then contact MEXC support. This is not proof that reassignment is available.
MEXC linking succeeded but Trade Cashback is pendingThe exchange relationship and our UID review are separate. A pending request is not an approved balance.
Volume appears but cashback is zeroCheck whether actual fees were charged, whether they are eligible, and whether the relationship and fee report were approved. Zero-fee and API trades may not qualify.

When contacting support, describe the account stage, registration date and the exact error message. Use the MEXC cashback page for our current setup and support options. Never send passwords, one-time codes, identity documents or API keys. If you are comparing account rules before choosing a venue, read OKX vs MEXC cashback eligibility.

Sources and what we verified

On 25 October 2026, Trade Cashback reopened the official registration form and rechecked the Self-Service Referrer Linking Guide and Affiliate FAQ. The form again showed the expected code and 20.00% Spot / 20.00% Futures commission-sharing labels. No account was created, terms accepted, referrer linked or trade placed. The User Agreement, KYC, country and app/UID sources below retain their original 21 October research date; they were not all reverified today. The official sources below support MEXC's registration, eligibility and referral rules. They do not certify Trade Cashback's separate payout offer or a combined cashback percentage. We did not verify a current numeric trading-fee tariff for every account or pair.

Registration, referrer linking and commission exclusions were rechecked on 25 October 2026; the other eligibility sources retain their 21 October review date. It does not quote a current trading-fee tariff or guarantee account approval, rewards or cashback. Trading fees and campaign rules can change. Trade Cashback may earn affiliate commissions and pays its separate service cashback only on eligible, approved fees under its terms. Nothing here is investment advice.
