Open roles
We grow through people who already have an audience's trust. Your job is to bring those people on board and keep the relationship producing. You own the partner pipeline from first message to a partner sending traders our way every month. The pitch is an easy one to make: their audience gets a real share of their trading fees back, and the partner earns on top of that.
What you would own
- Find, pitch and onboard creators, trading communities and signal groups.
- Negotiate partnership terms, including personal codes and commission rates.
- Own the pipeline end to end: outreach, onboarding, activation and the relationship afterwards.
- Hit the sign-up and volume targets that come out of your partnerships.
- Bring back what partners need — material, codes, payout terms — to product and marketing.
Who this suits
- You are already in the crypto trading and creator scene, with a network you can use from week one.
- You have closed affiliate or creator deals before, ideally at an exchange or a crypto product.
- You speak trader: you understand fees, futures and how affiliate economics actually work.
- You are strong on outbound and carry a conversation through to a signed agreement.
- You can hold a pipeline of partners without letting anyone go quiet.
