Trade Cashback is an affiliate partner of the crypto exchanges listed on this site. When you open an exchange account through our referral link and register the resulting public UID with us, the exchange pays us a commission on the trading fees you generate, and we pass an agreed share of that commission back to you in USDT. We are not an exchange, a broker, a custodian or a financial adviser, and we never hold your funds.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and not resident in a country where using the partner exchange or this service is prohibited. It is your responsibility to check whether the exchange you choose accepts users from your country. One person may hold one account.

Cashback only accrues on exchange accounts that were created through our referral link and whose UID you have registered and we have verified. An account created before that link, or through another affiliate, cannot generate cashback and cannot be moved into our structure retroactively.

Your cashback rate is the percentage published for that exchange at the time the fee was paid. Campaign rates apply only for the campaign window stated.

Cashback is calculated from the trading volume and fees the exchange reports to us. If the exchange corrects, reverses or withholds a report, we adjust your balance accordingly.

You may request a payout once your balance is at or above the minimum shown in your dashboard. Payouts are made in USDT to the wallet address and network you provide, and are normally processed within 48 hours of a request. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of that address and network: a transfer sent to an address you entered incorrectly cannot be recovered. Network fees, if any, are deducted from the payout.

Registering a UID that belongs to somebody else; opening multiple accounts to claim referral bonuses more than once; wash trading or any other activity whose purpose is to generate fee volume artificially; and any conduct the exchange itself flags as abuse. Where a partner exchange reverses a commission for these reasons, we reverse the corresponding cashback.

We do not promise that any exchange will keep its current fee schedule, its VIP thresholds or its affiliate terms. Rates on this site are shown with the date they were last checked and can change without notice. Nothing here is investment, tax or legal advice. Trading leveraged crypto derivatives carries a high risk of loss and most retail traders lose money.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the cashback balance credited to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your trading, from an exchange changing its terms or ceasing to operate, or from an incorrect payout address you supplied.

You can close your account at any time; any balance above the minimum can be withdrawn before you do. We may change these terms and will post the change on this page with a new date. We may suspend or close an account for the reasons listed above, or if required to by a partner exchange or by law.
