Follow the account status in your dashboard. Once verified, eligible fees reported by the exchange are credited to your balance. Reporting can be delayed. You can request a payout once your available balance reaches 20 USDT.

Check the exchange, main account UID and partner attribution. A pending request is still under review. If rejected, read the reason and resubmit the corrected UID in your dashboard. If verified but no cashback appears, contact support with the exchange and trading date; never send passwords, API keys or verification codes.

How we calculate cashback
Trading fees = volume × fee percentage ÷ 100. Cashback = eligible fees × cashback percentage ÷ 100.
Example: 100,000 USDT of monthly futures volume at the displayed base taker fee. Count each executed entry and exit once in total volume; do not double this total again.
